There are 3 days of mandatory employment training necessary to work with TeamBuilders. These days consist of a day of CPR/ 1st Aid Certification Training, a day of the Initial Training (Therapeutic Behavior Management and Standards of Conduct in Working with SED Children) and a day of CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) Certification Training.
