Benefits of Sponsorship

  Sponsorship packages include registration for as many as 8 players for an opportunity to play one of New Mexico’s most exclusive, members-only courses, Las Campanas Golf Club.

  Each player on a sponsor team receives complimentary valet parking, greens fees, carts, range balls, boxed lunch, drink tickets and entrance to our Surf & Turf awards dinner grilled on the Veranda at Las Campanas.

  Our event  -- and the support of our sponsors -- will be promoted in $30,000 worth of media buys, press outreach, and direct mail campaigns targeted to Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Espanola, Las Vegas, and Taos.  As a result, the majority of the 100+ players that attend the tourney are mostly from northern New Mexico.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Presenting Sponsorship – $5,000 (only one available)

• Your organization name added to Tournament name:  The 2009 TeamBuilders Charity Golf Tournament presented by [Your Name]
• Participation in live in-studio radio promotion prior to the tournament
• Branding in all radio commercials, as well as newspaper and magazine advertisements
• Co-branding on player gifts
• Hole sponsorship, including signage at your hole.
• Opportunity to insert branded materials in player gift bags
• Your organization’s banner on display at the tournament
• Registration and boxed lunch for up to 8 players (Each player registration includes valet parking, greens fees, cart usage, range balls and awards dinner.)
• First right of refusal for 2010 event.

Million Dollar Shot Sponsorship - $2,500 (only one available)

• Branding in all radio commercials
• Logo on Super Ticket distributed on site and in all print ads.
• Hole sponsorship, including signage at your hole.
• Opportunity to insert branded materials in player gift bags
• Your organization’s banner on display at the tournament
• Registration and boxed lunch for up to 4 players

Awards Dinner Sponsorship - $2,500 (only one available)

• Exclusive sponsorship of Surf & Turf awards dinner served on the Veranda at Las Campanas. One of the highest-quality awards dinners of the tournament season! 
• Logo in all newspaper and magazine advertisements
• Opportunity to distribute branded items / marketing materials or conduct product demonstration or supply product samples (as permitted by Las Campanas) before or during dinner.
• Branding throughout dinner, including your logo on dinner and service tables and signage throughout dining area.
• Hole sponsorship, including signage at your hole.
• Opportunity to insert branded materials in player gift bags
• Registration and boxed lunch for up to 4 players

Gold Sponsorship - $2,000

• Logo in all newspaper and magazine advertisements
• Logo on printed marketing materials
• Hole sponsorship, including signage at your hole.
• Your organization’s banner on display at the tournament
• Opportunity to insert branded materials in player gift bags
• Registration and boxed lunch for up to 4  players

Sponsorship of Post-Golf Sports Massages - $1,750 (only one available)

• TeamBuilders offers all it players with free sports massages following their round.  This indulgent luxury will be promoted as complements of your company in all print advertising and throughout the event.  Massages are provided by Liz Bucy, LMT.
• Opportunity to insert branded materials in player gift bags
• Opportunity for product sampling, demos, etc., on day of tournament.
• Registration and boxed lunch for up to 4 players

Hole Sponsorship, with a Team - $1,500

• Listing  in all newspaper advertisements
• Signage at a hole  with an opportunity to distribute branded items and/or marketing materials(as permitted by golf course)
• Opportunity to insert branded materials in player gift bags
• Your organization’s banner on display at the tournament
