2010 Awards Dinner Menu

After a great round of golf, you’ll be treated to fine dining at the Hacienda at Las Campanas. 
Here’s a peek at the menu we’re planning for our Awards Dinner:

Grilled Top Sirloin with Green Chile, Mushrooms, Jack Cheese, caramelized onions.
Grilled Salmon with lemon Butter Caper Sauce
Calabacitas, Buttermilk Onion Rings
Black Beans with Cumin
Rice Pilaf
Mixed Greens, grape Tomatoes, candied Walnuts, sliced Pears
Crumbled Blue Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette
For Dessert:  Chocolate Seduction cake, Coconut Layer Cake, and fresh whipped Cream
