Local Non-Profit Honors Santa Fe Team Members

SANTA FE, NM – TeamBuilders Counseling Services, a non-profit agency that provides behavioral health services to children and their families, honored its outstanding employees at the organization’s quarterly meeting on Friday.

Five employees in the agency’s Santa Fe office received the newly-created Walter Hines Employee of the Month Award. They were: Nasim Talebreza , Foster Parent Development Manager for her performance in August 2007; Paul McQuaid, Director of Technology, for his performance in October 2007; Jessica Guzman, Receptionist, for her performance in December 2007; Angela Cordova , Medical Records Clerk, for her performance in December 2007; and Yvonne Ribail, Intake Specialist, for her performance in December 2007.

The award recognizes those TeamBuilders employees that have risen above and beyond expectations in service to children, families and the community and who carry out the mission and vision of TeamBuilders with passion. It is named after the one-time NFL player and former TeamBuilders employee, Walter Hines, who passed away in July of this year.

TeamBuilders Counseling Services, Inc., has provided non-profit behavioral health services throughout New Mexico for more than 12 years and was founded in response to the community’s need for individualized services for children, families and organizations. Their work spans a range of services including behavioral health assessments, treatment foster care, behavior management services, and many forms of on-going therapy and family support.
